Itinerary of India Tour, 2014

Traveling to India this year was a once in a lifetime experience. The three-week journey which included five internal air flights allowed us only to skim a tiny surface of this intensely diverse country. We were 24 strong-minded individuals and sometimes 4 fantastic guides. From all the overwhelming sights, sounds, smells and tastes, I’m sure we each have different memories and tales to tell. Mine will be forthcoming in the form of what I call “imprints”. They are neither stories nor just pictures, but aspects of the Indian experience which linger with me …

Imprint: Strange Day at the Taj Mahal,  The Unexpected Happens

Imprint: Sanctified by flowers in India, The flower industry and it’s impact on well-being

Imprints: The Dabbawallas of Mumbai, Daily lunch delivery service

Imprint: The Tangled Web in Old Delhi, Rickshaw ride through scary electrical wiring

Imprint: India-the-seeds-of-desire/ A 63 year old school project showing the Taj Mahal
